Business Resilience/Flood Recovery Workshops

In May and June 2011, the SBC delivered a series of workshops funded through the Queensland Government’s Regional Deveopment Inititiative fund.

The workshops focussed on building resilience in local businesses following the weather events of late 2010 and early 2011 and the contiuned impact of the GF. The workshops concentated on 2 key areas, Managing Cashflow in Difficult Times and Managing Staff in difficult Times.

In order to maximise the availbility of the workshop content to those businesses that could not attend the sessions, we have decided to make the presentations and workbooks available.
