QMI Solutions
• QMI Solutions offer a manufacturing benchmark with includes analysis of business practices and performances.
• QMI base their work around lean manufacturing principles. Lean means to reduce wastage and therefore costs.
Enterprise Connect
• Enterprise Connect is a Federal Government program aimed at delivering practical support to small and medium enterprises. They focus their work on sectors which include Manufacturing, Resources Sector and Rural and Remote Enterprises.
• Enterprise Connect offers a holistic business review focusing on planning, marketing, HR, OH &S and business performance.
Industry Capability Network (ICN)
• ICN encourages businesses to register on their database and express their interest in major projects.
• Procurement staff for each project access the ICN database to find suppliers
• Offers programs such as MPSP program and the Tier Diagnostic Program
Building Regional Capabilities project
Includes projects and funded assistance to businesses including:
• Group and individual sessions on successful tendering
• Group and Individual sessions on writing a capability statement
• Group and Individual sessions on Workplace Health and Safety
